More Than Just a Scrapbook Kit
|
|
ScrapGoods kits focus on techniques. Every month, the
base kit includes any tools or products you need to
try the monthly technique, plus a selection of exclusive
ScrapGoods™ products only available here, such as templates,
stamps, embellishments, and chipboard. Every kit also
includes the technique newsletter with great technique instructions,
sample layouts, ideas, and inspiration. All that
at the member price of just $20!
Every month, you can customize your kit by picking and choosing
from options like Patterned Paper, Cardstock, Rubber
Stamps, and Gadget on the My Kit page. This lets
you customize your kit so that you get only the
items that you will use most. You can view hints
on the My Kit page and choose the items to add to
your kit. If you prefer smaller kits with no paper, you can choose
to add no options to your order. You can also add a featured gadget to
your kit for an additional fee. More
information on gadget preference.
- On odd-numbered months (January, March, May, July, September, November), the kit has Cardstock, Patterned Paper, Stamp, and Extra Embellishment options. Choose any,
all, or none of these options on the My Kit page. If you do not customize your kit, we will send you all the options by default unless you let us know otherwise. We will use the
Gadget Preference you select when you join to determine whether or not to send you the gadget.
- On even-numbered months (February, April, June, August, October, December), the technique is essentially different, but it further elaborates on the technique from the
previous month or gives you another, expanded way to try it. This kit includes all the tools and products you need to explore the new version of the technique and the
previous month's kit is not required to use it. A new patterned paper option is not available on this month, but all other options (Cardstock, Stamp, Extra Embellishment, and
Gadget) are new. If you do not customize your kit, we will send you all the options by default unless you let us know otherwise. We will use the Gadget Preference you select
when you join to determine whether or not to send you the gadget.

Kits ship on the first day of the month
(excluding weekends and postal holidays). Each month's kit is a surprise. We do not announce
the contents or technique explored in the kit ahead
of time. However, the web site colors, background, and
so on are clues to what the kit might look like, and
the monthly gadget is usually a clue as to what
the technique will be.

Club Memberships or No Membership Commitment!

When you join the ScrapGoods™ club, you will be able
to access all areas of the Web site including the Message
Forums, a Gallery of creations submitted by ScrapGoods
members, and the Shopping Area. It is free to join the
ScrapGoods club. You can join as a Member or
as a Non-Member.
Member benefits include:
- Members automatically receive kits each month
at a 10% discount. You can customize your monthly
kit on the My Kit page, as well as add items
to your kit from the Shopping area and place
other orders to be shipped separately from your kit.
Every option and gadget you order from the My Kit
page is 10% off the regular Non-Member price. (If
you do not customize your kit, we will automatically
customize it for you with default options.)
- A kit is guaranteed to be in stock for
you each month.
- You don't have to commit to buying a specific
number of kits or remaining a member for a specific
number of months. We will continue sending you kits
each month until you let us know you wish to cancel
your membership.
- You will receive Bonus Points for purchases,
new member referrals, and posts on the Message
Forums. Bonus points can be used to buy any item in
the Shopping Area.
- Members are automatically entered in the monthly
RAK (Random Act of Kindness) drawing. In the middle
of each month, 10% of ScrapGoods members receive
a free bonus gift in the mail.
Non-Members can customize kits from the My
Kit page and order from the Shopping area. As a Non-Member,
you will only receive a kit if you specifically order
it. If a kit sells out, Members will receive kits first.
Non-Members are not guaranteed a kit, even if you customize
it on the My Kit page. (Your credit card will not be
processed until we confirm a kit is available for you.)
